Responsible for effective and fast recruitment process
- Establish and foster relationship with ushers
- Closely monitoring and following up on recruitment progress
- S1 Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Management
- Min. 3 years of working experience in Recruitment field or Headhunter is a must
- Detail oriented & well organized
- Willing to learn and highly motivated to do more
- Energetic, initiative, fast learner, and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Good in English both spoken and written
- Placement: Alam Sutera, Tangerang
