Job Coach

Responsibilities:

1. Perform job matching and job re-design for students with special needs

2. Develop transition plan for individual student from school to open employment

3. Source for suitable employers

4. Monitor student progress, achievements and participation at workplace through appropriate documentation and record keeping

5. Work closely with employer partners and their employees in understanding our students at workplace

Requirements:

1. Min Diploma from recognized institution with 5 GCE “A” &/or “O’ level credits

2. Trained with Diploma in Special Education (DISE) is an advantage

3. Relevant experience in working with special needs students is preferred

4. Ability to establish rapport and motivate others
