**Primary Functions**:

- Supports the Lead Operator I in the implementation of all production instructions and schedules.
- Ensure that production meets the required quality/quantity of products on time and at the least cost.
- Contribute to all required metrics.

**Other Functions**:

- Can manage FIFO.
- Ensures that 5s principles are being implemented.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Must be at least Highschool or Senior Highschool Graduate.
- Preferably with experience acquired from an electronics/semicon company.
- With good aptitude, high work ethics and willing to be trained.
- Average communication skills, fast learner, honest, and flexible.
