In this role, you will:
Provide quality information management advice and support to clients to assist them in using Nexus and maximising the value from corporate information management solutions.
Create and update team sites and workflows with a focus on design, user experience and security.
Investigate, diagnose and repair issues, escalate issues to technical experts as necessary.
Identify opportunities, design and implement improvements to existing client sites, business systems, Information Management procedures and other activities.
Maintain and support the integrity and compliance of Nexus, including:
- Migrate data as required between sites and site collections
- Update sites to reflect changes to the organisational structure
- Monitor sites for known technical issues
- Perform quality assurance activities on client site architecture and usage
- Undertake testing of updates, systems performance and changes in the technical environment
NB: This duty requires weekend and after-hours work at times.
Undertake recordkeeping activities including activating RecordPoint on active sites, writing and implementing classification rules, undertaking disposal processes in accordance with our Retention Disposal Schedules and performing quality assurance checks.
Draft, design, develop and document business and systems processes, tools, templates and self-help materials with a focus on continual process improvement to increase efficiency and the capacity.

- Experience in SharePoint is essential
- There are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, however, relevant qualifications are highly regarded
