**Creative Lead (Malaysia)**

We’re working with a leading entertainment client that is on a mission to connect audiences to those chill moments! We’re building a pan-regional editorial and creative team to work on an account that covers Singapore, and Malaysia. This multi-skilled team will be made up of storytellers, editors, producers and writers - all of whom will be huge fans of entertainment, television and movies.

As a Creative Lead for the Malaysian market, you will be primarily responsible for creating entertaining visual content across editorial and publishing channels through graphic design and video production.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced production environment while helping to constantly evolve the local market’s creative and visual engagement strategies and support improving efficiencies. This role suits someone who is able to adapt and grow in an ambiguous environment.

Passion for entertainment, television, movies and on-demand content is paramount for this role and the whole team!

Role:

- Lead social and editorial creative ideation, development and production of repeatable, shareable video series formats, in partnership with our Market Lead and the client.
- Lead ongoing social and editorial planning and coverage through a lens of creative impact and efficiency.
- Work in partnership with the Managing Editor, Market Lead, Community Editor and regional Editorial and Publishing teams.
- Create funny, shareable, relatable design and visual communication assets.
- Source, create and upload video, photo and audio assets.
- Secure appropriate copyrights and permissions to clear assets used.
- Gather inspiration from all genres of entertainment, television and film.
- Evolve as a multi-skilled creative across graphic design, motion graphics, and video production.

You:

- 5+ years of experience working as a graphic designer, motion graphics designer, and video editor.
- Experience with visual content creation across a range of mediums, incl, social media.
- Eye for a pixel-perfect design layout is required.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Passion for all things pop culture, entertainment and design trends.
