YOU MUST LIKE TO DO THESE:

Handle payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, leave, taxes, and other deductions.

Handle payroll activities of the company, preparation of payroll report, client report and statutory payment, process and update of staff employment status, etc.

Liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and Income Tax.

Manage employee's movement (new hires, promotion, transfer, termination).

Ensure exit documents are returned prior release final pay to leaver.

Be key liaison and engaging different shared stakeholders (Project Management and Finance) on budget reconciliations review.

Keeping records and filling on all the above.

Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.

DNA & TRAITS WE WANT FROM YOU:

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Able to process nearly 700 payroll headcount in the Organization or large Organization is a plus.

Knowledgeable in the local labour law and regulations.

Meticulous with eye for details.

Detail-oriented, organized, efficient and has good time-management skills.

Active learner with a positive mind set.

Independent and discipline.

Good communicator with strong team spirit.

High initiative and self-motivated.

Speak and write fluently in English and Malay.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
