Restaurant Manager

We are looking for talented and passionate Restaurant Manager for The Beer Factory Paseo Center Makati City Branch operated by SEB Connexion Inc.

SEB Connexion Inc. is a lean team committed to starting-up and improving concepts to cater to the Philippine Market. We are a dynamic group that continuously work towards creating unique brands in food and beverage through creation, development and discovery.

Job Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, restaurant management, culinary, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in a managerial capacity at restaurant, or similar.
• Extensive experience with back and front of the house reports.
• In-depth knowledge in whole store operations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
• Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
• Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks in all areas.
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Motivating employees to achieve targets.
• Training new staff members.
