Job Summary

We are searching for an experienced and results-driven Growth Marketing Executive to join our new team that will drive growth across the whole Crimson Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of something new and exciting, where you can make a significant impact. As a member of our team, you will get to gather global exposure, working with diverse teams from different countries and departments.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of launching digital strategies and will report directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager of Growth. It's a chance to immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment, indulge your love for experimentation, and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.

The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in a digital marketing role or a similar capacity. They should be proficient in leveraging marketing automation tools and should be adept at exploring new trends to maximize revenue.

What You'll Do:

Campaign Management: Manage and execute growth campaigns across various digital channels, both paid and owned, using relevant data and insights.

Experimentation: Embark on a journey of constant 'test, learn, and refine' as part of our growth marketing strategy.

Revenue Growth: Support and drive the performance marketing team to generate more revenue through new paid digital channels.

Launch New Initiatives: Spearhead the launch, testing, and refining of new marketing strategies and channels for revenue growth.

Uncover Growth Strategies: Employ data-driven strategies to explore new avenues for driving growth and improving our user experience.

Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with different teams and regions to present a unified approach to growth marketing.

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role or similar.
  • You have experience using tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, or their equivalents.
  • You have a proven track record in lead generation, driving traffic, growing audiences, and expanding brand awareness.
  • You are inquisitive and comfortable with uncertainties and constant change.
  • You are proactive, always keeping your finger on the pulse of digital marketing innovation and eagerly exploring new trends.
  • You are committed to setting a rigorous pace for testing new growth hypotheses and always adopt a 'test and learn' approach.
  • You are adept at working across different teams and regions and fostering key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are an innovative thinker with the ability to anticipate trends and stay updated on digital marketing innovation.
  • You possess strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
