Job Description
One of our clients is looking for a Controller with commercial and/or residential construction experience. It is a great position for anyone looking for a new opprtunity.
This is a pretty standard controller role.
Responsibilities:
Company Revenue: 10M
Company has been around for 50 years, most of their employees have been with them 10+yrs. They have their own sheet metal manufacturing in house.

This is a pretty standard controller role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project objectives, scope, and Financial Statements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and tax preperation.
- Coordinate and communicate project milestones and deadlines to team members.
- Work closely with department heads to allocate resources efficiently.
- Annual Review with External CPA
- Process Payroll and Commissions for sales
- AIA billing with GC's
- Company pays 60% of Med, Dental, Vision
- 401K match to 3%
- 15 Days PTO
