The role

We are looking for for a self motivated and experienced PMO professional to support one of our clients on a PMO maturity journey. The successful candidate will have more than 5 years experience working in PMOs and will be passionate about the value that a high performing PMO brings to an organisation. You've probably done delivery roles but PMO is your passion.

You will be comfortable with all aspects of a high performing PMO, from planning and scheduling to governance, reporting and risk management. You will be comfortable in agile, hybrid and traditional environments and you will have build frameworks and tools to support all three domains.

You will have been part of previous PMO maturity uplifts. As part of a small team you will be a team player and committed to achieving team outcomes. This role will be customer facing and while there is likely to be some remote working the right candidate will be happy to be face to face at the customers office in north western Sydney when required.

The role is a 6 month contract initially with the possibility for extension for the right candidate.

Skills and experience

More than 5 years of dedicated PMO experience.

PMO experience beyond just an IT environment will be well regarded

A PMO ‘all rounder’ would be ideal for the role
