We are seeking new talent. this global engineering, management and development consultancy delivering innovative solutions for its clients and partners are seeking an Office Administrator to commence immediately on a 3 month contract with possible extension.
The role
Full time working hours
Newcastle location
Easy to fill timesheet and on-time weekly payment
Duties & Responsibilities:
The office administrator function is to provide high quality administrative support to the Project Management and Engineering team.
The Administrator will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
Assist the Office Manager to deliver effective, efficient and accurate administration services, ensuring high levels of customer service are provided to the business;
Collate reports and statistical information;
Prepare, co-ordinate and distribute documents, reports and presentations;
Book travel and training, as requested;
Book local, interstate and international couriers, as requested, adhering to company guidelines;
Document management including physical and electronic archiving, filing, adhering to company policies and procedures;
Coordinate the recording, maintenance and disposal of office assets and company property;
Assist with office compliance requirements and contribute to a safe office environment.
Job requirements:
Previous 5 years' experience in a similar support role
Previous exposure to Government Sector highly desirable
Have strong attention to detail, computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities
The ability to communicate, written and verbally, clearly, and effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients
