Full Job Description

Role: Telemarketing Executive
Location: Bangsar South
Working Hours: 10 AM-7 PM, Mon-Fri
Salary package: RM 3,000 (basic) + RM 100 (allowance)
Benefits: 14 days AL, 14 days MC, Medical Insurance
Probation period: 3 months

**Job Description**:

- Outbound Telesales/Telemarketing, cross-selling to existing customers various Financial Products
- To ensure monthly sales targets are met (KPI)
- Educate customers on the benefits of the product and the services
- Good communication skills, telephone etiquette, patience, persuasion, the ability to work under pressure, and teamwork.
- Use a prepared script to influence customers and define eligibility
- Follow organizational standards to maintain quality service
- Contribute to team effort by working effectively with others
- Approach supervisor with any questions, concerns or troubleshooting issues

Requirement:

- Proven experience in telesales, any products, we'll train you! (minimum 1-year experience in telesales)
- Outstanding phone etiquette
- Good communication skills in both English and Malay language
- Good interpersonal and selling skills
- Persuasion and sales skills
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Great sense of humour and fun!

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
