The Role

The Chief Of Staff is a high-visibility strategic partner and thought leader that leads the coordination and strategic alignment of different teams. Your responsibility is simple: creatively solve any problem that gets thrown your way with relentless execution. In exchange, you’ll get front row seats taking a company from 1 to 10. In short, you will be responsible for streamlining high-importance projects and conducting leadership level internal and external initiatives that have a very significant impact on the company’s business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Special Projects: Oversee strategic projects from development through successful execution through close partnership with senior leadership and department heads
  • Company Strategy: Assist and communicate with senior team in company strategy discussions, decision making, program management, and initiative implementation
  • Business Operations: Manage business operations priorities, projects, decisions, and actions that should be in the brain space of senior leadership team
  • Relook at current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies
Qualifications
  • Proven working experience in top tier strategy consulting firms or investment banking firms
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
  • Experience working with C-suite leaders in high growth organizations
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives from 0 to 1
  • Fast learner, organized, detailed-oriented and experienced planner
  • Experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Strong analytical skills, experience working in a fast-paced environment, as well as broad exposure to different business functions
  • Comfortable dropping into ambiguous challenges, fostering relationships across teams, and owning projects with little ego
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; an MBA in business or similar field is preferred
