We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Registrations & Data Entry Clerk to join the team at Southport on a part time basis working 3 days per week.

About the role:
This great opportunity will see you completing registrations for new and used vehicles so that vehicles are delivered on time and to the correct specifications.

Register vehicles in line with Frizelle Sunshine guidelines
Complete and authorise registrations
Process internal paperwork concerning deliveries
Support sales departments as required
Reconciliations
Data Entry
Effective time management
Setting deliveries

What we are looking for?

Preferred Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry
Understanding of stock control procedures (preferred)
Understanding of DTMR & RMS Registration legislation
QLD registration accreditation (preferred)
Experience in Reynolds and Reynolds / Pentana computer systems (preferred)
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people
Word and Excel experience
