Are you a strategic, solution-oriented thinker and a problem solving individual with a proven track record in Family Office, Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and Institutional client coverage?

We are looking for a Director to manage, preserve and grow our clients’ wealth, assist in succession planning and execution. As a key person in this new set up, you’ll play an important role in providing trusted advise to the clients and supervising investment portfolios of the family office business.

**Your role**:

- Conduct fundamental and in-depth research on potential investment opportunities, covering quantitative and qualitative analysis, building financial models, conducting research for existing investments and potential prospects.
- To identify investment opportunities, build financial models, estimate company intrinsic values
- Drive the development of lasting, influential, consultative client relationships with key decision makers at all levels.
- Meet quantitative and qualitative portfolio revenue and Return on Equity targets.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and industry news to support investment decision-making
- Overseeing the Family Office’s operations and processes to identify strategic initiatives, developing plans and aligning goals to achieve the company’s objectives

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of alternative investments funds related Regulations and Compliance, funds operations and reporting, and Global Best Practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Law
- Post qualification PQE, 2 to 3 years
- Min. 10 years experience in property, private equity, family office and capital investment
- Hands on experience in using structural and diligent approach for investment deal origination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
