Project Officer

Job Description:

• Assist to market bundling / repackaging process of internal BINUS software to be promoted outside BINUS.
• Assist to partnership with vendors in gathering projects.
• Analyze the system of industry project requirement.
• Develop projects regarding to incoming industry request.
• Monitor projects development effectiveness.
• Monitor projects implementation and maintenance.
• Execute budget regarding to Project programs.
• Perform the process related to projects (e.g. training programs, payment, etc.).
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science (or related field)
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related area
• Passionate with new technologies
  

Special Skills:

• Have technical skills from computer science or engineering
• Have soft skills to collaborate with vendors and internal parties
• Have knowledge of project management skills
• Able to work in team
