Full Job Description

In Charge of the food preparation with the team, the sous needs strong skills in french cooking, food cost and staff management.The sous chef replace the chef de partie if they are not on duty, he needs to be able to adapt fast and help as much as he can the rest of the team on prep and during the service.In charge of the order if the chef de cuisine is not on duty the sous chef needs to look after food prices and the costs.
