**The Company**:
**PURE ACTIVE WATER Pte Ltd, **a Singaporean start up, environmentally responsible, provides safe water and sanitation solution through an innovative technology **ActivH2O. ActivH2O **eliminates virus ( including Sars-Covid 2) and bacteria by chemical free electrolysis. This sustainable process generates natural oxidants at different concentration providing not only sanitised potable water but also disinfection solution. The **oxidants **remain in the water for several weeks, thereby **protecting water from re-contamination.**

To develop our product and support the growth of our business **we are hiring a Business Executive **reporting the CEO based in Singapore.

**Job description**:
Your responsibilities will cover:

- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Process monthly office expenses
- Issue invoices to clients
- Administer payroll for employees.
- Maintain personnel records and update internal databases (e.g. insurance records, employee medical benefits, sick ad annual leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Gather staffing needs and create and publish job ads
- Handle global travel arrangement that includes booking of air tickets, arrange for appropriate visas, lodging and transportation.
- Works closely and effectively with CEO to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Manage social media platform and create posts (e.g. Linkedln, Instagram, Facebook )

Must have : Demonstrated ability to be discreet, flexible, work in a fast-paced environment, deal well with ambiguity.
