The job responsibilities include:
Lead sales through pro-active direct sales with corporates and/or foreign embassies
Develop marketing plan and creative campaigns to increase revenue
Maximize revenue and property occupancy through seasonality analysis, identifying new sales channels, etc
Evaluate trends in the economy and hospitality industry
Create and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate/embassies and guest
Applicants for this position are expected to have the following skills and requirements:
Minimum working experience of 2 years
Has prior experience in sales/hospitality industry
Sociable and outspoken
Flexible working hours, willing to work during weekend and public holiday
Willing to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast pace environment
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
