Team Lead

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for day-to-day supervision of a group of agents including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements
• Hold Team meetings to make sure pertinent information is quickly communicated and to provide an open platform for suggestions. Plan and coordinate group activities
• Determine any concerns with performance, create an improvement plan, and take remedial action, including terminating employment, if necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 Years in College
Should have a leadership experience as Team Leader or higher for at least a year in a BPO setting
Advance English verbal and written communication skills
Background in Email and Chat Support is a plus especially with Zendesk, Salesforce, Helpscout, etc
Background in CSAT account is a plus as well
Must be willing to report onsite "
