Job Summary

The Controller at this Confidential Food Distribution Company has/is:

• 10+ years of experience in a B2B high growth startup / 3+ years experience as a controller / 3+ years of experience managing high performing teams
• CPA / Heavy accounting acumen + Must have Netsuite experience
• Industry Experience: Food, beverage, or other perishable distribution / inventory experience
• Ability to implement and improve operations, processes, and KPIs / looks at problems as opportunities
• Someone who is a strong communicator, can articulate well, and has the ability to prioritize effectively / someone who can get behind their recommendations with conviction
• Scrappy, ability to put their head down, roll up their sleeves, and get things done when necessary
