Producer / Production Manager-Manage and plan out project timelines to ensure timely delivery of video production.-Plan and discuss with the creative team to ensure objectives are well met.

Manage and ensure that all cost is accounted for within the set budget.-Manage e-calendar to ensure all employee are on board with the production timeline.
Coordinate and liaise with vendors, suppliers, talents and clients based on the project’s needs.-Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Update and maintain talent and location database.-Manage the company’s social media channels (e.g. Facebook and Youtube) and website to maintain active online presence.

Admin-Process and maintain vendorship accounts with new / existing clients.-Process and maintain all new / existing automated system.

Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.-Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.-Manage the general company’s email and ensure timely respond for inquiries.
