Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role located in Makassar for a Field Recruiter. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and assessing potential workers, performing interviews, and making hiring decisions. The Field Recruiter will also be responsible for communicating with candidates and clients, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
