Company Description MaxMoney is a fintech company that started with one currency exchange outlet in Sungei Wang Plaza, Kuala Lumpur and has now grown to 20 physical branches across Malaysia with digital presence as well. The company is the first local company to obtain a full-fledged MSB License which enables it to engage in businesses such as money exchange, money transfer, wholesale import and export of currency notes, and appointing agents for money exchange and money transfer. MaxMoney is rapidly expanding and aims to become a regional fintech leader in payment solutions, digital money, and beyond. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Teller located in Johor Bahru and KL. The Teller will be responsible for handling daily transactions, providing excellent customer service, verifying and counting cash, and ensuring that the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift. Qualifications Experience in handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly Experience in the financial industry is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is also a plus High school diploma or equivalent foundit
