WHAT IS A CREDIT ANALYST?

• Our awesome client, a leading company is looking for a Credit Analyst to be part of their team.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Credit underwriting for new Customers and associated modules (application filling, credit searches, legal / PPSR searches, property titles searches, KYC searches, financial analysis, credit paper write-up and submission to the Investment Committee).
• Facility renewals and credit re-underwriting processes as if it is a new Customer including credit paper preparation and submission to the Investment Committee.
• Maintain the Customer / Obligor portfolio credit files up to date and perform regular analysis.
• Liaise with Thera Legal for instructions regarding preparations of new facilities and variations to Facilities, post approval by the Investment Committee.
• Onboard obligor facilities and variations to Facility and associated modules (i.e. security, collaterals, KYC, pricing, etc) into the LMS (loan management system) according to proper process and delegations.
• Liaise with Obligors (occasionally), third party service providers (such as Valuators) and Thera Agri Relationship Managers regarding credit underwriting work, follows up and obligor activity.
• Support various reporting functions and projects across Middle Office and Finance, as required.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 7-10 years of experience is required
• Proficient Microsoft Office suite skills
• Equifax and EDX skills preferred.
• SalesForce experience preferred
• Accounting or finance related tertiary education.
• Fluent English language skills written and verbal.
