IT Support Analyst

Are you an experienced IT Support Analyst who has extensive knowledge of offering 1st and 2nd line deskside support?

This global law firm, based in the heart of Leeds city centre, has asked us to find them a 2nd line IT Support Analyst to join their team permanently. This exciting opportunity will see you supporting laptop and PC imaging, providing 2nd line and escalated support for the Leeds office, and liaising with the US on a range of complex second-line issues. You will lead on managing inventory, maintaining application knowledge, and occasionally travel to other offices for special ITJ projects.

The perfect IT Support Analyst will have strong PC, Windows, and application knowledge. This includes technical skills in Active Directory, Windows 10, Citrix and MS Office, as well as knowledge in LAN/WAN technologies, smartphone support, and being able to manage various IT projects at any one time. You will have prior experience working in a legal or professional services firm.

This is a permanent opportunity with a highly competitive salary of up to c£37,000.
