About the role

Reporting to the Executive Business Manager. The Executive Assistant (EA) provides dedicated support to the Deputy Director and when needed the Executive Directors. Working with Executive Business Manager, the EA helps to form the executive office function that supports the directors work and the work of the Directorate Senior Leadership Team.

About You
  • Exceptional organisation and diary management skills, including a strong ability to work proactively, use good judgement, problem solve, and plan time effectively
  • Previous experience of providing executive support to a Board level senior leader, including workflow management, prioritisation, planning, and monitoring of activity
