Role Description
This is a contract Chef De Partie role located in Tanjung Benoa, Nusa Dua. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, training junior staff, and ensuring food safety standards. You will work on-site to deliver exceptional culinary experiences at our venues.
Qualifications
- Experience in Culinary skills, including food preparation and presentation, Min. 3 years
- Experience in managing kitchen operations and staff
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Menu planning and recipe development skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
