We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Platform Sales Representative to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and sales, eager to develop their career in platform sales within a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Junior Platform Sales Representative will work closely with the sales team, assisting in driving sales of platform solutions to potential clients while supporting account management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior sales representatives in identifying and generating new sales opportunities.
  • Develop an understanding of the company's platform solutions and present their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and emerging industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain a customer database and track sales progress in CRM software.
  • Follow up with leads, respond to customer inquiries, and help nurture relationships with clients.
  • Provide support during the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of technology platforms and their applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with any ERPs(e.g. Oracle, SAP, Netsuite and other software technologies)
  • A motivated self-starter with a desire to grow in sales and technology.
