We are seeking a strategic and visionary SVP of Product to join our team. This role is instrumental in providing leadership and management to our product and engineering teams. Working within a dynamic industry, the successful candidate will be based in New York, New York, 10006, United States and will be a key part of our organization.

Responsibilities

Create and implement a strategic vision for the Product Deployment and Operations function that motivates the team and communicates the benefits of the function within the organization.
Develop strategic plans for efficient and effective deployment and enablement of the Open Media Studio (OMS) platform and products across regions.
Collaborate closely with the SVP, product enablement in each pillar and regional product teams to ensure OMS pillar deployment strategies are aligned and prioritized.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders globally and regionally.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in product deployment & enablement.
Build and manage standards for end-to-end deployment of products, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Oversee user-centric, consistent, and best-in-class deployment ways of working and processes across the product & engineering team.
Ensure smooth coordination between deployment & enablement strategies and product & engineering overall objectives.
Deliver cross-pillar deployments and the OMS platform deployment through a network of product deployment resources embedded across regions and markets.
Deliver excellence in client and agency experience of the OMS products through creating and delivering high-quality product training, product support, and marketing & communications across our OMS product set and platform.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior product management role
Proficient in Agile product management methodologies
Demonstrated experience in Product Management
Strong understanding and experience in formulating Business Strategy
Proven ability in developing and implementing Brand Strategy
Experience in crafting and executing Customer Experience Strategy
Knowledge of Delivery Strategy and its application
Skilled in developing and executing a Digital Strategy
Experience in formulating a go-to-Market Strategy
Excellent Client Communication Skills
Proven experience in Client Engagement and maintaining Client Relations
Strong Collaboration skills
Exceptional Communication Skills
Familiarity with various Deployment Methodologies
Experience in creating and implementing a Deployment Plan.
