Our global SaaS client is looking for a contract Partner Marketing Project Manager. This is a full remote role.
Our mission is to create an exceptional experience for all client partners, supporting them with the right resources as they start, run, and scale their business. Part of this exceptional experience includes showcasing our partners in our “Partner finder”, a new tool for partners, prospects, and customers to learn more about the client partner network.
Before launching the “Partner finder”, partner details and profiles need to be validated to ensure we’re representing our partners accurately and featuring them in their best light. The Partner Marketing Project Manager will spend half their time collecting and reviewing partner content with stakeholders and the other half of their time researching and drafting content for internal teams and partners to react to. This role will be an integral part of our partner experience team, enabling us to deliver a featured benefit of our new partner program.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of relevant marketing or project management experience in a high growth SaaS or technology company
- Startup mentality with a bias for action
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Superb organization and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
You’ll draft content and manage the review processes, helping build the client “Partner finder”. This includes:
- Developing compelling partner descriptions, ensuring alignment with the client and partner branding and messaging guidelines.
- Pulling existing partner details from Salesforce for validation.
- Collaborating and driving accountability with partner marketing managers and strategic alliance managers to facilitate reviews with partners.
- Opening and proactively managing Jira tickets.
- Managing legal reviews.
- Documenting logo usage approval from partners.
- Delivering approved content in a format for easy upload to Salesforce.
- Publish weekly status reports sharing the week-over-week progress and partners move through the process.
