Job Overview: O’Malley Ice LLC is seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our multiple facilities across Anchorage. The Facilities Manager will ensure that all locations are safe, functional, and well-maintained, providing an exceptional experience for our patrons and staff.

- Facility Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Maintenance Management: Implement preventive maintenance programs for all building systems and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Team Leadership: Supervise the maintenance team, focusing on effective scheduling and communication to foster a positive work environment.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the facilities budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Event Support: Collaborate with event coordinators to prepare facilities for events.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in team leadership, scheduling, and communication.
- Proven budget management and financial acumen, with experience in cost control and vendor management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
