My client a leading internatioanl real estate developer are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team in New York City. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the growth of our industrial real estate portfolio.

About the Role

  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for our company and our industrial real estate projects.
  • Marketing Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including press releases, blog posts, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure positive press coverage.
  • Events and Partnerships: Organize and execute industry events, conferences, and partnerships.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients and tenants.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industrial real estate sector.
  • Analytics: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and make data-driven decisions.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
