This position will support leasing, collections, maintenance, and reporting efforts. They will report to the Regional Manager.

Compensation And Benefits
- Base Salary: $70K-$85K commensurate with experience

- 4+ years of property management experience
- Leadership experience
- Experience working with and stabilizing distressed properties is a plus
Included but not limited to:
- Manage collections and evictions for the complex
- Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies
- Supervise on-site property managers, maintenance staff, and third-party contractors. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team success in managing distressed properties
- Communicate with residents regarding property maintenance and repairs
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing updates on rehab progress, occupancy, financial performance, and any issues that need escalation
- Operate the property within financial guidelines
- Negotiate contracts, supervise contractors, and ensure quality work is delivered for construction and renovation tasks. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Interview and hire property employees
- Ensure all companypolicies and procedures are upheld, and infractions are properly reported
- Work with leasing agents to market vacant units as they become available, ensuring timely leasing and tenant placement to maintain occupancy levels
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion to handle and resolve resident requests or concerns
- Implement, design, and maintain a resident retention program
- Investigate and/or report any incidents regarding the residents, employees, vendors or others regarding the property
