About the Role:
The Department of Children and Families (DCF) seeks a Senior Training Specialist to support the implementation of the CT-KIND project, replacing the current LINK system. You will create and deliver training materials for staff, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure business processes are streamlined.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training (in-person/remote) on new child welfare systems.
- Collaborate with technical, business, and community partners.
- Analyze business processes and readiness for system implementation.
- Facilitate focus groups and training sessions.
- Evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing IT project training in agile environments.
- Skilled in creating instructor-led, web-based training, and job aids.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Child welfare/human services experience preferred.
