We are looking to add an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to our growing marketing team as a Paid Media/Digital Marketing Specialist. Salary: $55,000-$65,000, DOE

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital Strategy Research and Development
  • Content Marketing (Display/Email/Social)
  • Paid Media Management (TV/OTT)
  • Paid Social (Facebook AIA’s, Brand Awareness, Retargeting Campaigns)
  • SEM - PerformanceMAX, VA’s, Gen Search, Retargeting, Display
  • OEM Co-op Programs
  • Maintain compliance and regulation standards for co-op.
  • Email Marketing - develop and execute email marketing campaigns, list segmentation, A/B testing
  • Analytics and Reporting - Monitor and Analyze performance, while distributing reports to team.
  • Competitor Analysis - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors’ digital marketing activities to identify opportunities.
  • Website: Collaborate with Digital Merchandising Specialist to ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising, and/or Site design.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field or Equivalent Experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant ad management/analytics platforms
  • Ability to work alongside a team of professionals
  • Ability to learn and adapt
  • Willingness to continue learning as best practices evolve
  • Excellent communication skills, including above-average writing capabilities.
  • Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
