We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team focused on identifying and eliminating friction points in the customer experience across all digital channels including Web, App, IVR, IVA, and Digital Communications. This role will focus on the end-to-end repair journey, encompassing outages, equipment troubleshooting, and appointment management. Your goal is to enhance the customer experience by journey mapping, analyzing call data, listening to customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer experience or digital channels.
- Strong skills in journey mapping, business case development, and requirement writing.
- Experience working with data analysis, customer feedback tools, or VoC insights.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams (e.g., product development, call centers, field operations) to execute customer experience initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital communication channels, IVR, IVA, and customer support systems is a plus.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving customer journeys.
