The roleAs part of our Finance team, the Program Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing financial management to support the execution of the Enterprise Partnering Agreement (EPA) and other programs and projects as required. The Program Finance Analyst is expected to be an active member of the Saab Finance Team and contribute to the overall performance of the Finance Group Further, the successful candidate will:
- Provide end to end financial support for the EPA and other programs
- Develop program financial plans as required
- Establish and manage the monthly financial reporting, forecasts and budgets as required
- Develop IFRS 15 documentation and ensure revenue is being recognised in accordance with IFRS 15
- Review and validate the estimates to complete each task
- Support and review all pricing and estimating for all EPA and other programs
- Demonstrated knowledge and an effective understanding of Project Performance Measurement using Earned Value to 4S4817 and the Defence Supplement
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in using project management software e.g. Open Plan Professional (OPP), Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in using cost management software e.g. COBRA
- High level proficiency and computer skills, particularly in the use of spreadsheet, word processing and database applications
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (Commerce, Business or Accounting)
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills and the demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships within a team
