About Your New Branch

The Asset Reliability Branch is responsible for the operation, maintenance (planned and unplanned) and assessment of the passive assets associated with drinking water, non-drinking water and sewerage networks, pumping stations, tanks, reservoirs and associated civil and structural facilities.

About Your New Role

The Coordinator Program Supervision manages both the Planned and Programmed Maintenance work areas of Asset Reliability. The position oversees and implements all facets of passive asset management functions, project delivery, contract management plus financial and process review .

You will work closely with our new delivery partner Gold Coast Infrastructure Solutions during the transition into a long-term partnership at an operational/ tactical and strategic level

What You Bring To Your New Role

The suitable candidate must have experience in leadership and mentoring a large team whilst driving process efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse area where you will be working within a planned and reactive area where accountability and decision making is essential.

Leading discussion with our deliver partner through a six-month transition period whilst making sure works are being delivered in a prudent and efficient way for the city.

A strong financial background with Project management skills will be beneficial.
