The Role
Guild Insurance is looking for an energetic, engaging, and enthusiastic Campaign and Communications Specialist to join the Marketing team. You’ll be excited about campaign management and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working within a fun, motivated and focused marketing team, you’ll be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of campaigns and content marketing, as well as have input into our regulatory comms program.
You’ll be right at home in our team when you bring your big ideas, are passionate about making a difference, and show yourself as a real team player – all to help drive success for Guild Insurance!
Your day-to-day will find you:
- Executing a range of electrifying marketing campaigns across all key markets
- Writing copy and developing content that makes the boring readable, and the readable thoroughly engaging!
- Building campaigns and driving our customer engagement program through Marketo
- Supporting the development of big ideas by taking care of the little details
About you
- Demonstrated experience working in project/campaign management, or general marketing
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in content, comms or copywriting and a demonstrated understanding of developing communication materials across a variety of channels
- Experience working with an email automation system / CRM
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritise competing demands
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Experience writing for B2B and B2C audiences
- Enjoys working in a supportive close-knit team
Desirable
- Exposure to insurance and /or professional services marketing
- Understanding of member-based association structures
- Project management experience
- Taking creative and campaign briefs within a professional service setting
- Ability to provide briefs to an in-house design team
