Job Description:

Lead the planning and execution of SAP S/4HANA cutover activities across multiple manufacturing plants.

Develop detailed cutover strategies, timelines, and checklists tailored to complex manufacturing environments.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, operations) to ensure alignment on cutover tasks and timelines.

Manage data migration, system validation, and business continuity throughout the cutover phase.

Ensure post-go-live support and issue resolution processes are in place.

Drive continuous improvement and refinement of cutover processes based on lessons learned.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Extensive experience in leading multiple plant rollouts in the manufacturing sector.

Strong knowledge of cutover methodologies, data migration, and SAP system landscapes.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders.

Experience with SAP data migration tools and methodologies.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
